I have known Archer for more than 17 years and I can say he is one of the most proactive, innovative and results-driven clients I have had the privilege to work with. Archer Thomas expertise in digital product delivery, processes, and platforms was critical to the success of AT&T's Omni-channel capabilities. Likewise, Archer executed the Digital Experience for same day delivery on att.com and managed the relationship with ENJOY. He is a very disciplined, hard working, fair and firm leader that naturally garners the respect of his team. Even more impressive is not only how his team but other cross functional teams consistently are willing to go above and beyond for Archer and his programs. This is a rare leadership trait that sets him apart. It was a blessing to have Archer on the team and I strongly recommend him for an expansive leadership role within any digital organization.

I've had the pleasure of working with Archer several times over the years as both peers and as a member of my team. Archer is a pleasure to have as a leader on any team. He is committed, diligent, fluent, eloquent and is committed to success on every level. Most recently Archer led a team to deliver the first scaled Same Day Delivery program for a Wireless Carrier. He worked the full spectrum from online order flows through supply chain to last mile logistics. The breadth of that experience is impossible to undersell. Throughout that incredibly difficult undertaking Archer was always positive, always looking for efficiency and comfortable being at the tip of the spear in every dialog whether it was with delivery agents or our Senior Leadership Team. Archer is an asset to any organization not just because of his experience and talent but because who he is as a person.

I've worked with Archer over the last 15+ yrs and in that time we've both had various roles but there has been one common theme — Archer has always been laser focused on finding creative and innovative ways to open new channels and ultimately grow revenue. I've always found him to be open and to be a great listener which has enabled him to capitalize on creative ideas where others dismiss them and stay the course. Archer is also always cognizant of budgets and figuring out how to get it done on budget and on time. I highly recommend Archer and I would hire him without hesitation.

As an editor of a business publication, I daily come in contact with examples of effective business leadership. I can say unequivocally that Archer Thomas is a natural leader. He was my boss at a part-time job while in college; the job was small, but the lessons he taught me about hard work and customer service were transformative. Archer was the first manager to take a chance on me with important sales responsibility. Booker T. Washington, in his 1901 book Up From Slavery said, 'Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility upon him, and to let him know that you trust him.' To me, that's leadership.
