As an editor of a business publication, I daily come in contact with examples of effective business leadership. I can say unequivocally that Archer Thomas is a natural leader. He was my boss at a part-time job while in college; the job was small, but the lessons he taught me about hard work and customer service were transformative. Archer was the first manager to take a chance on me with important sales responsibility. Booker T. Washington, in his 1901 book Up From Slavery said, “Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility upon him, and to let him know that you trust him.” To me, that’s leadership.

I've worked with Archer over the last 15+ yrs and in that time we've both had various roles but there has been one common theme...Archer has always been laser focused on finding creative and innovative ways to open new channels and ultimately grow revenue. I've had the pleasure of working with Archer several times over the years as both peers and as a member of my team. Archer is a pleasure to have as a leader on any team.
